Which steps should be followed for production controlling?

Production controlling means after starting production process tasting the accurancy with fixing the bugs.It is a most valuable work for all industries.If you unable to control production as expectation then the products will be damaged or incompleted.So,it is important to proper control of production.There are four steps for this which is-
1.Routing..
2.Scheduling.
3.Despatching.
4.Follow up.

Now i am explaining this items.
1.Routing:It is the first step of production controlling.To product anything,you must have gone by different steps.When,which,how much and which after which will product preparing selection of this things is routing.

There are 5 things in any routsheet--
a)Detecting number of invoice.
b)Measure of produced goods.
c)Goods in every lots.
d)Sign of material part and detecting method.
e)Elements of task.

2.Scheduling:Time scheduling is the next step of production controlling.When a task will Start and time list of steps means scheduling.For example,imagine,you wanna go to Torrento from new work.There are three ways for gonna there.Selecting of best alternatives is routugo.And when you will go-selecting this is scheduling.

3.Dispatching:After selecting route and time next important thing is dispatching.Dispatching means ordering to start production.It is primary work to attempt production.Alfread said,"Dispatching is,accroding to routing and scheduling give order to workers for attempting production".Production is being speedy in this stair and workers get order to start their work.

4.Follow up:The annual step of production controlling is follow up.Is production running accroding to plan-watching this means follow up.It is also known as monitoring.In this step you have to napete whole work.From here you will know the mistakes or treble in production and able to fix them.Normally,crisis of raw materials,treble of machines,less of personnel are might be caught in this step.
